No Cancellations: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Delivery Timelines: Inside Tamil Nadu: Within 5 business days. Outside Tamil Nadu: Within 7–10 business days.

Prepaid Only (No COD): Cash on Delivery is not available. We accept 100% secure prepaid payments.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for wrong addresses. Customers must pay extra shipping charges to resend returned parcels.

Express Delivery: Available for an additional charge. Contact us right after ordering to upgrade.

Parcel Opening Video Mandatory: Customers must record a continuous, unedited parcel-opening video. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in a single, live-shot inspection.

Same-Day Notification: If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us on the exact same day of delivery via WhatsApp or Customer Support.

7-Day Return Window: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery with all original price tags intact and attached.

Verification Before Refund: Refunds are only processed after we receive, inspect, and verify the damage on the returned parcel at our warehouse.

7-Day Refund Credit: Once approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
